Transplantation pulmonaire : complications per et post-opératoires précoces

Lung transplantation is nowadays a suitable procedure for end-stage respiratory insu ciency. Postoperative course dependson indication, procedure, intraoperative and postoperative complications. Postoperative complications are mainly primary graftdysfunction due to ischemia-reperfusion phenomenon, bacterial pneumonia, and acute cellular and/or humoral rejection. Thesecomplications account for an attributable mortality of 10% during the fi rst month in transplant recipients. A multidisciplinaryapproach is mandatory during this period.
