Molecular properties of local anesthetics: crystal structure of 2-diethylaminoethyl-p-nitrobenzoate hydrochloride

The crystal structure of 2-diethylaminoethyl-p-nitrobenzoate hydrochloride (C13H18N2O4, HCl) been has determined from three-dimensional diffractometer data. A detailed discussion of the molecular structure is presented, together with a comparison to other similar local anesthetic structures.
