The Measurement of the Work Performance of Psychiatric Patients

A description has been given of a form of Work Report for recording the performance of psychiatric patients at work in an industrial unit or elsewhere. Data about the validity and reliability of the assessment which it provides have been given. The advantages and the shortcomings of the form have been discussed. Finally a revised version of the form has been described, which it is hoped will be an improvement on the original.
