Abstract : The report provides a detailed description of the IBM 370 computer program that controls the instructional logic for COBOL2, the IMPACT-development course in the programming language COBOL. The program is written in the Coursewriter 3, Version 2 language. Course structure, student options for modifying presentation of course material, and coding conventions are discussed. Also presented are the IMPACT-developed Coursewriter 3 macro instructions used in coding the course and the detailed instructions for computing scores on all quizzes. Partial Program listings for the entire course are included. (Author)
