The invention discloses a double-shaft control device of chariot artillery. The double-shaft control device comprises a shell, a first control rotary shaft and a second control rotary shaft, wherein the first control rotary shaft and the second control rotary shaft are horizontally arranged in the shell in a penetrating manner. The two ends of the first control rotary shaft and the two ends of the second control rotary shaft are erected on the side walls of the shell through bearings. The first control rotary shaft and the second control rotary shaft are vertically arranged in a vertical crossing manner. The double-shaft control device further comprises a first electromagnetic angle measuring device used for measuring the rotating angle of the first control rotary shaft and a second electromagnetic angle measuring device used for measuring the rotating angle of the second control rotary shaft. The first electromagnetic angle measuring device and the second electromagnetic angle measuring device each comprise a Hall sensor and a magnet. The Hall sensors are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the first control rotary shaft and the second control rotary shaft, of the inner wall of the shell. The magnets are arranged on the first control rotary shaft and the second control rotary shaft, and each magnet is close to the Hall sensor corresponding to the magnet. According to the double-shaft control device, the structure can be greatly simplified, the occupied size is smaller, abrasion is less, the measuring precision is higher, and the service life is longer.
