Generation of densely-spaced time-bin entangled qubits on a chip

We present a compact scheme for the integrated generation of densely-spaced time-bin entangled two-photon qubits using an on-chip unbalanced interferometer and a spiral waveguide. We show quantum interference with visibilities as high as 99%.
