Imaging of cystic diseases of the pancreas

Because cystic lesions of the pancreas are being detected more frequently, radiologists play a critical role in the diagnosis and characterization of these lesions. This article emphasizes an appropriate differential diagnosis, including the imaging and clinical characteristics of the most important of the pancreatic cystic lesions.
