К вопросу о патогенезе гастоэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни и операции антирефлюкса

This article presents the hypothesis of the main role of Gubarev no hermetic valve in pathogenesis of gastro esophageal reflux disease and original methods of antireflux operation according to it. The main idea is to remove the gullet gastric transition to niche above diaphragm, which appears because of exfoliation of pericardium and diaphragm, to 3,5-4,0 sm. forward from its gullet hole and fixation in it. The front and back sides of hernia stomach parts form the valve cusps. This cusps is highly-effective is not easy to destroy, and does not cause the postoperative dysphagia.
