Direct-current brush motor carbon brush

2010
The invention discloses a direct-current brush motor carbon brush. Two ends of the carbon brushes are connected with an anode and a cathode of a power supply respectively and the other two ends are contacted with a commutator. Contact parts of the anode and cathode carbon brushes and the commutator are different. Movement tracks are misaligned. According to the invention, because the movement tracks of the anode and the cathode are misaligned, interaction adsorption and reactions of positive and negative ions between the anode and the cathode can be greatly reduced. An opportunity for forming sediments on a carbon brush surface can be decreased. The carbon brush can not break with the commutator or form poor contact because of the sediments. The design of the invention has obvious advantages in making an alcohol gasoline pump.
