The invention discloses an organic fertilizer formula making use of factory sludge and seafood mushroom dregs. The organic fertilizer formula consists of the following components by mass percent: 40-50% of sludge from a pharmaceutical factory or a food product factory, 25-35% of chicken manure, 20-30% of industrially cultivated seafood mushroom dregs and 4-6% of plant ash. The sludge from the pharmaceutical factory or the food product factory is sludge obtained from a sewage treatment, and is naturally air-cured until water content is lower than 60%. The production process comprises steps of dosing, primary fermentation, secondary fermentation, drying, mechanical grinding and bagging. The organic fertilizer formula making use of the mushroom dregs and the production process solve the problems of low organic content, incomplete nutrition and irrational use of the mushroom dregs of the existing organic fertilizer, and have the advantages of high organic content and comprehensive nutrition of the prepared organic fertilizer, and full use of waste mushroom dregs; and problem of environmental pollution is solved.
