Хронический гастрит и рак желудка новый метод скрининговой диагностики

62 patients with the endoscopically and morphologically verified diagnosis of the chronical gastritis, 89 patients with the morphologically verified diagnosis cancer of gaster and 43 healthy humans at the age of 23-54 years are examined. A possibility of a blood serum highly effective fluid chromatography use for the disease diagnosis is studied. A blood serum dried extract was investigated on the "Milichrome A 02" chromatograph (Novosibirsk, the "Econova" joint-stock company). The chromatograms were treated with a use of a multilevel cluster analysis with a pathologic state three-measured form, trustworthy differing from a healthy human image. A diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of the method was achieving up to 96% and 94%.
