Pseudonormalisation of Digitalis-Induced ST-T Downward Arch in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

In 15 patients with atrial fibrillation under digitalis treatment a pseudonormalisation of the ST-T downward arch was observed. This phenomenon takes place after a short and definite interval following the preceding QRS complex and may be considered as a supernormal repolarisation phenomenon.
