The invention discloses a vacuum worktable for solar cells, comprising a base with a receiving groove formed at the top surface, a transparent glass table fixed above the base and covering the receiving groove, a transparent piece fixed to the lower surface of the transparent glass table and located in the receiving groove, and a light source arranged at the bottom of the receiving groove and located under the transparent piece, wherein a vacuum suction hole is formed in the table top of the transparent glass table; the transparent piece is provided with a vacuum chamber communicated with the vacuum suction hole at the top; and the vacuum chamber is connected with a vacuumizing device located outside the vacuum worktable. The vacuumizing device works to generate vacuum suction in the vacuum suction hole through the vacuum chamber; solar cells are fixed and attached to the table top of the transparent glass table; the transparent glass is taken as the table top of the vacuum worktable; the planeness of the glass is good so as to guarantee that the solar cells are well attached to the glass table; in addition, the glass table is high in printing accuracy and not easy to be broken, and cannot be deformed after being used for a long time; the table top is convenient to be cleaned; besides, the transparent piece is further arranged and the light source is mounted under the transparent glass table and the transparent piece; in the way, the light source is capable of accurately positioning the solar cells in combination with a CCD (Charge Coupled Device).
