To Explore the Clinical Effect of the Laparotomy on the Acute Appendicitis

Objective To explore the treatment effect of laparotomy on the acute appendicitis. Methods 71 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital with laparotomy were selected. We recorded and analyzed the surgery and recovery time and other relevant circumstances. Results All patients underwent a successful surgery with good conditions of operation time,blood loss and other related items. The main complications were wound infection,bowel,obstruction and abdominal swelling. Conclusion Laparotomy is an important method for the treatment of acute appendicitis. The surgery-related situation is better,without serious complications. So this method can be generalized and applied in clinic.
