Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Carbon Emission under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration—Based on the Investigation of the Current Status of Carbon Emission in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

在京津冀一体化发展中，低碳城市建设成为三地能否可持续发展的关注重点。而目前高污染、高排放、高能耗已经严重影响到低碳城市建设。为了深入研究京津冀三地的低碳城市建设的发展现状与趋势，在没有直接碳排放数据的情况下，课题组通过查找统计年鉴，利用终端能源消费、生产总值与人口总数，换算出京津冀三地从2005~2015年三大产业及生活消费的碳排放量，并根据换算结果分析出京津冀碳排放的趋势变化及其存在的问题，最后针对问题提出相应的对策建议。 With the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, low-carbon city construction becomes the focus of sustainable development. At present, high pollution, high emission and high energy consumption have seriously affected the construction of low-carbon cities. In order to further study the present situation and development trend of low-carbon construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe. With no direct data on carbon emission, the research group searched the China Statistical Yearbook, then converted the data of the final energy consumption, GDP and population converting the carbon emissions of the three major industries and life consumption Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe from 2005 to 2015. Based on the result, we analyze the shifting trends and some problems are listed about carbon emissions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. At last, we give the proper suggestions, solutions and strategies aiming at the problems.
