The invention relates to an adjustable cotton guiding plate device of a combing machine. The adjustable cotton guiding plate device comprises a cotton guiding plate (1), a mounting screw (2), a nipper seat (3) and a cotton feeding roller (4), wherein the cotton guiding plate (1) is provided with two oblong holes, the mounting screw (2) is connected with the nipper seat (3) through the oblong holes, and the cotton feeding roller (4) is arranged at a cotton strip guiding side of the cotton guiding plate (1). According to the adjustable cotton guiding plate device disclosed by the invention, when the variety or the quantity of cotton rolls spun by the combing machine is changed, a gap between the cotton guiding plate (1) and the cotton feeding roller (4) can be adjusted only by releasing the mounting screw (2), a cotton layer can smoothly pass through the cotton guiding plate without damage, and the quality and the competitiveness of combed yarns can be improved.
