Squamosus cancer of head and neck area. Problems of the surgical treatment of the regional metastasis

UNLABELLED: In the structure of oncology disease head and neck tumors consist of about 20%. For the cancer of the larynx, pharyngolaryngeal cancer, cancer of the mouth and oropharyngeal cancer next factors have influence for the treatment planning: spreding of the tumor, presence of the regional and distant metastasis and general state of the patient. AIM OF THE WORK: surgery approaches for the treatment of the regional metastasis for above mentioned tumors are determined. Treatment results were analyzed in 119 patients, who treated in the clinic in period from 2003 to 2007. Important influence for the treatment options has state of the regional lymphatic nodes. In the 7 patients bilateral Cryle's operation were performed, in 2--in one time, in 5--in two times.
