Rapid detection method of African swine fever virus using LAMP method combining multiple primer sets

[PROBLEMS] To develop a detection method capable of easily and rapidly detecting the presence or absence of infection of African swine fever. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An arbitrary nucleotide sequence selected from nucleotide sequences 1503 to 2072 (hereinafter referred to as "target nucleic acid") of the nucleotide sequence (GenBank accession No. AY578689) of the African swine fever virus gene represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. Oligonucleotide primers designed based on nucleotide sequences complementary to them, and nucleic acid amplification methods such as the LAMP method using these oligonucleotide primers.
