Clinical efficacy of PDCA cycle management in the perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with liver transplantation

Objective To study and analyze the effects and clinical efficacy of PDCA cycle management in the perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with liver transplantation.Methods A total of 160 patients received liver transplantation in our hospital were se-lected as the study objects , all patients were in their perioperative period , and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group.The control group received conventional nursing before , during and after surgery , the experimental group added PDCA cycle manage-ment based on control group , the treatment efficacy of two groups were assessed.Results After statistical analysis , it showed that the satis-faction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group , and the postoperative complications of experi-mental group was significantly lower than that of the control group ;after adopting PDCA cycle management in experimental group , it had im-proved the nursing quality significantly , the satisfaction degree of experimental group had obvious advantages over control group ( P〈0.05 ) , differences between two groups were statistically significant.Conclusions It can improve the nursing quality and development that applying PDCA cycle management in the perioperative high -quality nursing for patients with liver transplantation , with well values for clinical promo-tion and application.
