Rectifier wall structure of making flow by deep water, and construction method thereof

2013
The invention discloses a rectifier wall structure of making flow by deep water, and a construction method thereof. The rectifier wall structure is characterized in that rectifier walls, which are spliced by pressure perforated wall building blocks, are arranged at the middle parts of horizontal plates of a water inlet corridor and a water outlet corridor, wherein the pressure perforated wall building blocks are reinforced concrete precast blocks on which steel pipes are densely distributed; the pressure perforated wall building blocks are transversely connected with the horizontal pates and upright posts by reinforced concrete, and are welded with steel plates and U-shaped steel plates at two ends in a longitudinal manner so as to form the rectifier wall with an overall structure. The construction comprises the following steps: fabricating a bottom die; fabricating and installing embedded parts; fabricating upright templates and the pressure perforated wall building blocks; and assembling the rectifier wall. Compared with the prior art, the rectifier wall structure disclosed by the invention is simple; the uniformity of flow velocity distribution inside a pond is effectively controlled, and the full-section water discharge pressure becomes consistent in the width direction of the pond, so that the actual flow of an ocean is well simulated, and a test model for correctly simulating a marine environment is supplied for ocean research.
