Disclosed herein is a semiconductor device including: one or a plurality of pieces of first wiring extending along a first direction on a substrate and having a main wiring section; one or a plurality of pieces of second wiring extending along a second direction different from the first direction; one or a plurality of transistors each divided and formed into a plurality of pieces along the second direction, the one or plurality of transistors having a gate electrically connected to the second wiring, a source region connected electrically to the main wiring section, and a drain region, wherein the source region, the gate and the drain region are arranged in sequence along the second direction; and one or a plurality of pieces of third wiring electrically connected to the drain region of the one or plurality of transistors. The invention can save space while suppressing the degradation of circuit features.
