A Study on the Relationship between Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Achievement Motivation of Teacher Education Graduates in Local Normal Collgegs

With the survey of teacher education graduates in local collgegs in Jiangxi Province,this study examines the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and achievement motivation.The very prominent positive correlation was found between the motive to achieve success in achievement motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy,and negative correlation between the motive to avoid failure in achievement motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy.
