Preset standard ripple voltage is selected in advance through a single chip microcomputer, in addition, the received ripple voltage signals of a storage battery are compared with the preset standard ripple voltage, a comparison result is obtained, then, a storage battery internal resistance measuring mode is selected according to the comparison result, and the accurate storage battery internal resistance measuring mode is selected according to the ripple voltage value of the storage battery, so that the measuring result is accurate, and the problems that the internal resistance of the storage battery is measured by adopting an on-line alternating current method in the prior art, and the measuring result is inaccurate are solved.
