A Study on the User Cognitive Model of Learning Management System

This study focuses on investigating user’s cognitive attitude for Learning Management System (LMS). To analyze the dimensions of user’s cognitive attitude by extracting the models Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Success Model (ISSM). To study the effective factors of user’s cognition dimensions by using the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) analysis method of Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and Reachable Grey Structural Modeling (RGSM). The result will level the effective factors according to their importance, build relative structural and set up the dimension, in order to discover the ranking level of each factor and relation for user’s cognitive attitude. The results summarize user’s cognitive models of LMS, the models consist two parts: (1) The ranking level table for user’s cognition attitude of LMS. (2) The relative structural chart of user’s cognition attitude for LMS. The study finding will re-establish factors from major to minor based on their importance degree, the factors are: (1) The correct cognition of information, (2) The useful cognition of information, (3) The systematic efficacy of cognition, (4) Systematic function of cognition, (5) Systematic platform of cognition, then plan the follow-up system and provide the suggestion for designer.
