Показания к применению иммуномодулирующей терапии у детей с энтеробиозом

There is studied the immune status at children with enterobiasis and justified the indications to using immunomodulatory therapy at this pathology. The assessment of the immune system condition from the system approach positions complemented the clinically revealed insufficiency of the immune system functioning. There was confirmed the existence of the general syndrome consisting in increasing the coherence of the immune system components at sick children and the transition of their immune system to another level of functioning. The recognition of the immune violations leading role in the pathogenesis of enterobiasis does topical the development of treatment methods aimed at the correction of the immune status of patients especially owing to that the remote results of treatment with anthelminthic preparations were but moderate.
