Nickel hydroxide product and its preparation method

The invention discloses nickel hydroxide and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of nickel hydroxide comprises the following steps: (a) contacting first nickel hydroxide ore pulp with sodium hydroxide, so that alkalified ore pulp is conveniently obtained; (b) contacting the alkalified ore pulp with a solution containing nickel sulphate, so that electroless nickel ore pulp is conveniently obtained; (c) returning at least one part of the electroless nickel ore pulp to the step (a) as the first nickel hydroxide ore pulp, so that the step (a) and the step (b) are conveniently repeated at least once; (d) separating nickel hydroxide from the rest of the electroless nickel ore pulp.
