Clinical study of breast cystic hyperplasia of 76 old women

Objective:To investigate the association between breast cancer and breast hyperplasia in old women.Methods:To treat the 76 old women of breast cystic hyperplasia with unoperational way,18 cases were performed needle-suckiny cytology chocks.Results:The 76 patients of breast hyperplasia underwent the treatment of immunity,15 cases had good results;61 cases had no change.18 cases of 76 were performed needle-sucking cytology checks;13 cases showed canceration,received modified radical mastectomy and ad-juvant chemotherapy,followed up 5 years,all had good health.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to old woman with breast cystic hyperplasia in clinic.If clinical treatment effect is not satisfied,needle-sucking cytology checks can be used.
