This article presents methods for developing of emotional and volitional self-regulation of students of elementary profiled music schools (ten-years-schools, lyceums, colleges) on the choirs classes. The author substantiates the need for emotional and volitional self-regulation as a personal and professional quality for a future musician and performer and suggests the ways of its formation at the stage of additional pre-professional education.
