Hemodynamic effects of intraatrial administration of deferoxamine or deferoxamine-pentafraction conjugate to conscious dogs.

Our goals were to characterize more completely, in conscious dogs, selected cardiac and systemic hemodynamic effects of intentionally large systemic doses of native deferoxamine (DFX), and to compare them with equivalent amounts of DFX conjugated to pentafraction.
