Study on the Construction of Cadre Team in Newly-upgraded Colleges Based on the Learning Organization Theory

To keep up with the reform and development of higher education in China,a number of vocational colleges upgrade to general undergraduate colleges through merger and reorganization.Worldwide construction wave of learning organization and challenges after transformation make the construction of learning-type cadre team in these newly-upgraded colleges particularly urgent.Based on the related literature review,this paper points out that the current related research on the construction of cadre team in newlyupgraded colleges is relatively scarce,thus further puts forward countermeasures to enhance the cadre's sense of responsibility,create cadre capability structure,innovate cadre management mechanism,cultivate team learning mode,etc.,to adapt to the construction of learning-type cadre team in newly-upgraded colleges.
