Механизмы гиперагрегации тромбоцитов: эволюция знаний от полиморфизма рецепторов до РНК

2015
Cardiovascular diseases are called the epidemic of XXI century: the steady trend in «rejuvenation» of cardiovascular mortality is observed. In young people the development of cardiovascular diseases primarily is caused by impaired platelet hemostasis. As a basic component of hemostasis platelets also play a significant role in processes of wound healing, inflammation, angiogenesis, and metastasis. Normal platelets functional activity depends on platelet receptors which perform important functions in adhesion, activation and aggregation of platelets. This review focuses mainly on molecular-genetic studies of three key platelet receptors — GP IIb/IIIa, GP Ibα, P2Y12.
