Specific Aim Influenza-associated mortality accounts for scores of pediatric deaths each year and patients with complex medical conditions are at highest risk for complications. Annual influenza vaccination is the most effective method for preventing influenza infection. Our goal was to improve influenza vaccination screening and delivery for pediatric subspecialty patients at the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital.
