The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting cracks on the sleepers and road supporting a train rail. More specifically, the present invention relates to a road crack detection apparatus on a high-speed railway. The road crack detection apparatus on a high-speed railway includes: unit beds (10) having multiple concrete sleepers (20) installed thereon; and a rail (1) installed on the concrete sleepers (20) of the continuous unit beds. The road crack detection apparatus includes: multiple cameras dividing the unit beds (10) into multiple recording areas and recording the unit beds (10); an image integration unit (240) which integrates multiple division images recorded by the cameras to generate a still image; a memory (170) storing a reference image being used as a reference for the crack analysis of the unit beds (10); a crack analysis unit (160) which analyzes whether cracks are on the unit beds (10) based on the still image and the reference image; and a control unit (190) which controls the cameras, image integration unit (240), memory (170), and crack analysis unit (160). The road crack detection apparatus is mounted on bogies (300, 600) to move along the rail (1) and execute an inspection.
