A polarized neutron study on the development of magnetic ordering in a diluted antiferromagnet
1986
Abstract The instrument D7 at the I11, Grenoble, is unique in that it combines the possibility of complete polarisation analysis with the advantages of a multidetector arrangement covering an angle range from 5° to 160°. The principles of the measurement technique will be described. We used this instrument to study the temperature dependence of antiferromagnetic correlations in the dilute magnetic semiconductor (Cd, Mn) Te.
