The invention discloses a method for designing peak shifted load distribution by connection for aircraft structure. The method for designing peak shifted load distribution by connection for the aircraft structure comprises the following steps: step 1, determining the load transferring ratio of an aircraft main load bearing structure and an aircraft secondary load bearing structure, thus determining the load values of self-loading source member, which are independently transferred by the main load bearing structure and the aircraft secondary load bearing structure; step 2, determining the load value of the aircraft main load bearing structure, which needs to be shared by the aircraft secondary load bearing structure, wherein the load value is called distribution load; and step 3, setting gap allowance on connection holes in the connection positions of the aircraft main load bearing structure and other parts, wherein the gap allowance is used for transferring the counteracted load of the aircraft main load bearing structure to the aircraft secondary load bearing structure.
