NEW DESIGN OF LOAD SHARING THREAD LINKER WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY AND PARE PEAK

The uneven distribution of loading is researched in threads. By changing the internal thread pitch,the order and mechanism of the loading capacity is changed. It is reasonable design for the thread pitch spacing variation. This innovative design can achieve load sharing,high efficiency and paring peak of threaded connection. Finally,base on Solid Works,this design is verified by simulation calculation.
