Wet-type polyamine resin with hydrolyzation resistance and high peeling strength and preparing method thereof

The invention relates to a wet process polyurethane resin with a resistance to hydrolysis and a high peel strength and also its producing method. The wet process polyurethane resin with a resistance to hydrolysis and a high peel strength is prepard by following materials: A) isocyanate; B) polyatomic alcohol compound; C) diol extender with a molecular weight of 62-500g/mol, with a dose taking 1-5% of the system total weight. Wherein, the dosage ratio of the polyatomic alcohol compound B) and diol extender C) is controlled between 1:4 to 1:5. The producing step is: i) doing a pre-polymerization reaction of the polyatomic alcohol compound and proper isocyanate in the solvent with a pre-polymerization solid content of 60-75%. ii) going on reacting with isocyanate and diol extender with a molecular weight of 62-500g/mol, with a dose taking 1-5% of the system total weight in the existence of the proper assistant. The invention solves the problems of polyurethane resin such as poor water resistance and low peel strength.
