Anomalous origin of the left coronary ar-tery from the pulmonary artery (ALCA-PA), also known as Bland–White–Gar-land syndrome, is a rare congenital cor-onary abnormality associated with early infant mortality and adult sudden death [1]. There are two types of ALCAPA: the infant-type and the adult-type. The clin-
