Bactericidal activity of rapeseed honey shows when mixing 1:2, bacteriostatic – when mixing 1:3. Rapeseed honey is a high microbe-resistant activity, though gram-negative bacteria (Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae), and gram-positive bacteria (Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus) are less sensitive to its action.
