TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF HARMONIOUS SOCIALIST SOCIETY

The new industrialization road requires the harmonious construction of our country,that is,the two-way construction of technology and engineering under overall national coordinating planning.The paper elaborates it from three aspects.Firstly,constructing harmonious country is the basic direction of technology and engineering construction,that is,in the process of industrialization,technology and engineering relate to each other and interact between each other so as to eliminate differences and to develop harmoniously.The purpose is to eliminate controversies so as to realize harmonious development.Secondly,engineering of technology,that is,to examine engineering from the perspective of technological harmony,for as the carrier of technology,engineering displays the engineering of technology.Thirdly,technicalization of engineering,that is,to examine technology from the perspective of harmonious engineering.Engineering gradually becomes technological engineering.
