The Development and Management of Concentration Resources of Enterprises

Based on the theory of intellectual resource management to study concentration resource management,this paper comes up with the following conclusion: enterprises can better improve the systematic thinking and decision-making ability and create commerce value if they make a reasonable management of their concentration resources and improve the efficiency to use the personal resource such as decision makers and intellectual staff.
