Combined internal fixator for fixing laparoscopic gastric banding

The invention relates to a combined internal fixator for fixing laparoscopic gastric banding. The combined internal fixator is characterized by comprising a T-shaped bone fracture plate, a bone fracture plate for posterior acetabular wall dissection, a locking combined screw, a minitype screw and a fastening screw, wherein the T-shaped bone fracture plate and the bone fracture plate for posterior acetabular wall dissection are fixed by virtue of the locking combined screw; the longitudinal section of the T-shaped bone fracture plate is provided with a locking combined hole; multiple minitype screw holes are uniformly distributed in the transverse section of the T-shaped bone fracture plate; the minitype screw passes through the minitype screw holes so as to fix the T-shaped bone fracture plate to a skeleton; multiple holes are uniformly distributed in the bone fracture plate for posterior acetabular wall dissection, the hole at the middle of the bone fracture plate for posterior acetabular wall dissection is a locking combined hole, the holes at two ends of the bone fracture plate for posterior acetabular wall dissection are fixing holes, and the fastening screw passes through the fixing holes as to fix the bone fracture plate for posterior acetabular wall dissection to the skeleton. The combined internal fixator is unlikely to slide, is capable of adjusting the structure as required and is good in fixation effect.
