Artificial precipitation enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile capable of repeatedly spreading catalysts

2014
The invention discloses an artificial precipitation enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile capable of repeatedly spreading catalysts. The artificial precipitation enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile comprises an up-down driving assembly, a guide rail assembly, a feeding assembly, a material pressing assembly and a material wiping assembly. The up-down driving assembly is arranged on a guide rail fixing plate and drives the guide rail fixing plate to move up and down. The guide rail assembly is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the guide rail fixing plate. The feeding assembly, the material pressing assembly and the material wiping assembly are connected and fixed to the lower portion of a carrier plate. The carrier plate is connected with the guide rail assembly and moves freely along the guide rail assembly. The feeding assembly, the material pressing assembly and the material wiping assembly are sequentially fixed to the bottom of the carrier plate from right to left. A to-be-machined PCB is subjected to feeding, pin pressing riveting and board wiping through the feeding assembly, the material pressing assembly and the material wiping assembly in sequence. According to the artificial precipitation enhancement anti-hail rocket projectile capable of repeatedly spreading the catalysts, the structure is simple, the automation degree is high, and the production efficiency is high; and when pressing riveting is conducted, the PCB is fixed through a pressing plate, and then pin pressing riveting is conducted through a material scraping plate, so that pin disengagement is avoided, and the safety coefficient is high.
