Compressed natural gas pressure regulating gas supply device by adopting air-temperature heat exchanger

2009
The utility model relates to a compressed natural gas pressure regulating gas supply device by adopting an air-temperature heat exchanger, which consists of a high pressure rubber pipe, an inlet flange, an emergency cut-off valve, a ball valve, a primary pressure regulating valve, a heat exchanger, a secondary pressure regulating device and an outlet flange, which are connected with each other through pipelines in serial and are fixed on a skid-mounted structure chassis, wherein the pipeline is provided with a pressure meter, a safety valve and an odorizer, four corners of the chassis are provided with four hoisting hooks, and the heat exchanger adopts an air-temperature heat exchanger. The compressed natural gas pressure regulating gas supply device has the advantages that: especially by adopting the air-temperature heat exchanger, the low-temperature natural gas with released pressure is heated by the heat which is collected from the natural air by an aluminum fin pipe on an air-temperature vaporizer, so no additional power source or heat source is required, the adaptability is strong, and the device is particularly more convenient and more flexible for the users with the power source or the heat source being difficult to be provided.
