Study on the Anticancer Activities of the Ginsenoside and Clematoside Mixture in vivo

To study the anticancer activities of the ginsenoside and clematoside mixture in vivo,test is carried out with three kinds of mice′s transplant tumor model of sarcoma(S180),HepA and leucocythemia ascitic type (P388). The test shows that the mixture has remarkable inhibiting effect on mice′s transplant tumor like S180,HepA and P388. When the dose is 0.6 g/kg,the rate of inhibiting effect on mice′s transplant tumor like S180,HepA and P388 are 52.41%,53.57% and 54.15%(P0.01)respectively. It can remarkably prolong the life of mice (P0.01)and insignificantly influence the weight variation of mice′s immune organs,which indicates the mixture has distinct tumor inhibiting effect on mice′s transplant tumor.
