Colleges pay for performance is based on how to conduct a performance evaluation of teachers,the focus of controversy for the assessment of what,how assessment in order to truly reflect the teachers’ job performance and teaching effectiveness.Performance evaluation is an integral part of the performance management,first performance goals,and after the performance appraisal.Performance evaluation should be based on job responsibilities as the standard,the performance efficiency as the focus,combined with qualitative analysis to determine the performance level on the basis of quantitative evaluation.The only evaluation index science,operation open and transparent conclusion been recognized to play a performance evaluation of incentives to guide teachers to fully perform their duties without deviation,guarantee the right direction of moral education.
