The invention discloses an energy-saving construction method for an assembly type residential engineering building. The construction method for the assembly type residential engineering building comprises the following step of building of an energy-saving foundation, wherein building of the energy-saving foundation comprises the sub steps that firstly, a site is selected, and after the site of the foundation is well selected, the foundation with the depth being 2-3 meters is downwards dug in the needed area; secondly, a plurality of ground piles are buried in the foundation by a certain density, the distance between every two adjacent ground piles is 50 centimeters, a reinforcing plate is built between the lower end of each ground pile and the surface of the foundation and driven into the ground through a stand column, and the included angle between the reinforcing plate and the ground pile is 60 degrees; thirdly, the ground pipes are cut to level the tops of the ground piles, it is ensured that gaps are reserved between the tops of the ground piles and the ground, and the gaps are determined according to the thickness of adopted wood; and fourthly, floors are laid at the tops of the ground piles to build the foundation. The energy-saving construction method has the energy-saving construction process, the adopted material is simple, the cost is lowered, use of machines is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is further achieved.
