Comparative Studies of Students’ Learning Performances in International Business Programs

2017
With the on-going process of high education internationalization in China in recent years, more overseas college students join into the international business programs in more universities. The diversification of participants in education backgrounds brings both challenges and opportunities for teaching and learning methods adaptation. The initial assessment of the learning performances in the course of China and the World Economy in Ocean University of China International Business Programs show some differences among the Germany, American, Indian and Chinese participants. The merits of overseas students in active learning and before-class preparedness should be learned for Chinese counterparts. The application of rubric in ICBP class oral presentations indicates some further improvements in students learning performances.
