Realization of Automatic Import of Drawing Title Block Information in PDM System

Drawing management is an important part of PDM(product data management) in the enterprise. A method of automatically extracting and importing information from product drawings to ORACLE database is introduced based on the background database system. By means of the method, the AutoCAD drawing information can be used directly in PDM system and the seamless integration of both systems can be realized.
