Оценка влияния гипогликемических состояний на течение ишемической болезни сердца у больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа

2012
A study of the effect of hypoglycemic states of varying frequency and severity of the course of coronary heart disease (CHD) in 54 patients with type 2 diabetes (DM-2) located on the insulin. The control group consisted of 27 men with coronary artery disease without diabetes mellitus. Among patients who had frequent hypoglycemic state (group 1), dominated by patients with functional class III (FC), angina (52,4 %) occurred in the remaining pain-free version of ischemia (47,6 % of patients). It should be noted that 80,9 % of patients with frequent hypoglycemia were indications of myocardial infarction in the anamnesis. Percentage of patients with silent myocardial ischemia in patients with rare hypoglycemia (group 2) – 24,2 %, and patients of the control group (11,1%) was significantly lower than in patients with frequent hypoglycemic states. The frequency and duration of ischemic changes in group 1 was significantly higher than both group 2 and control groups. The greatest number of patients with frequent hypoglycemic states have complex cardiac arrhythmias (70,4 %) prevailed among all the options ventricular premature beats (PVCs) – 85,7 %.
